According to the Internet, a "glasspack" is an sort of muffler for a car which does very little to actually muffle noise, and a "Ford Explorer" is a small truck with an expected loaded weight of between four and six tonnes depending on the model, moving approximately 15-20 miles per gallon of fuel. I am not sure quite what the reference to lesbianism is. Is it a pun on "muffler"?
