Just another SL/RL blurred reality thread...

I was thinking, how I haven't seen one of these threads in a while. I decided to start a new one



I no longer dream normally. I now dream in prims/textures/particles and 10 second sound clips. I actually woke myself up from a dream the other night because I thought I didn't have enough cash to upload more textures.

My poor truck sometimes starts hard on mornings after a weekend of not driving. Monday, I caught myself thinking I had better reset the scripts to get it going again.

I was behind a pickup truck today that had a driver and a cute Husky in the passenger seat, I had to stop myself from thinking that I should ask if the Husky avatar was purchased in Luskwood.

This one is sad but I did catch myself thinking this. I saw a poor dead animal on the side of the road and actually caught myself thinking that a furry had forgotten to open their Cubey Terra parachute. (btw, I hate seeing dead animals on the roadside, makes me sad to see it )

I still catch myself thinking of prim counts of everyday items.

today I didn't turn on the lights in my office when I got to work because I wanted to keep lag down from local lighting.

Add em if you got em

I really really need "mute resident" and "abuse report" buttons in the real world.

I havent seen anyone mention this in these threads before, but I always reach for those thingies by which we move. I included a snapshot of me making a cup of tea where you can see them because I am not sure what to call them, but those movement pads in the lower right hand edge is what i mean.

If you have a less than stellar computer you use these to get around in SL and *all* the time i find myself reaching for them in RL so i can rotate the view or look behind something.
