I know it's kind of tacky to post about WoW here, but I trust SL'ers and it seemed to be the most comforting place to start.

My boyfriend came home Saturday with this box and said, "April, you like online games, so I thought you might like this". Then he was perplexed by the look I shot him. Okay, do I need yet another online addiction?

So I signed up. I did a search on these forums and found a Realm Cienna had mentioned and now I'm an undead Priest and I'm confused.

I am at work and I have the book. In a few I'm going to sneak into the break room and log in. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Sienna... I have an undead priest too. They are graet fun. I would suggest that you access Home for World of Warcraft official game site and in the forums - select the class forums - the Priests. You will find all the info you need there about playing a priest. It will refer to other sites if necessary. There is the pepetual debate about going shadow or holy... which race is better then the other...etc. But generally I get the impression that its best to go shadow while leveling up because you will have more power...then if you make it to level 55+ respec to Holy so that you can heal most efficiently. I also hear that the other option - Discipline - is cool. There are blends to be had. Read read read.

Its fun in the early levels so just get in and play. I am on Kilrogg server with level 24 Bejeebus!

Well, seeing as the help you want is NOT to quit the addiction,

Talk to everyone with a glowy exclamation point, then enjoy killing stuff or collecting stuff. The start is cool in that game. Don't et attached to any gear, and don't bother going out to buy any unless you haven't found anything at all for an area.

Explore a lot, as finding areas will help to bump your XP a bit too.

I'm a total WoW addict, but I read about his game in Newsweek Mag. and wanted to see what it was about so I started SL a couple of days ago.....so far i have new hair and nothing much to show for my short amount of time lol but atleast when I'm bored of killing big mean scary things I can come here and buy clothes!!......that is until I figure out what else to do here

I have a Tauren Druid and Night Elf Hunter on Feathermoon, a Dwarf Hunter on Lothar and a Human Warlock on Cenarius.

Now I just play SL when my husband wants to WoW! (We share an account)
