Given that the hotline forums are clearly defined, and explicitly instruct you to only post there when "you've discussed it in the forums. You've proposed it in the voting system. You've reported your bug, talked to Liaisons and Live Help, and emailed support" and then if you "Still have a question or an idea for Linden feedback?", and is stickied further telling you to never post there with support related questions or comments...
...why the fuck do you let these morons get away with what they post there, and moreover, why do you actually answer them and thus further encourage them to vomit every last ridiculous thought that pops into their braincell free heads into the Hotline forums? Why don't you just tell them to fuck off? At the very least, you should just stamp 'this is not appropriate for the hotline forums. please read the guidelines' on everything that doesn't actually fit there.
It's a waste of your time to pander to these self absorbed assholes.
