I'm not posting a party so, special attractions didn't feel right, and I'm not selling anything, so classifieds didn't feel right either.
Like I said, if this is in the wrong place, would a Linden please move it for me?

Read the ENTIRE description of what goes under Special Attractions: "Announce parties, contests, games, charitable auctions and fun things to do" All of what you described fits here. Its not just parties, its also a place to list those other things as well. |
