Here is Bush's stance on immigration, in case you missed it:
/112/6b/107704/1.html Except that car was going the other way, -toward- Mexico. Maybe this is Bush's stance on exmigration? Or the right to travel, period? Maybe Bush would like to divide the United States into separate, militarized zones, each ruled by a garrison of troops under a Reichs Marshall. Authorization would be required to travel between zones. Then we'd be safe. _____________________
