In the original picture I heard he was wearing a tux on one side and a miniskirt and lip gloss on the other side. If I knew the term for that split style of costume I would have googled it and found an appropriate image, which may have actually been funny, but instead you get this.

I remember that guy! As an adult he murdered someone (domestic dispute of some kind I believe) and was found guilty, but didn't go to prison because he was disabled. Not long after he was murdered himself. I think his wife or ex-wife set up a friend to shoot him.
