So, then, if we posit a battle between Theodore Roosevelt and Chuck Norris, who would win? In order to keep this within the realm of plausibility, of course, Teddy does not have access to his time-travelling capability, nor his squad of robotic Rough Riders. Chuck is unable to use his ability to divide by zero. My opinion? Teddy by a landslide. After all, Chuck merely portrays a man of action, whereas the great deeds of Roosevelt such as the trust-busting, the Panama Canal, and his single-handed thwarting of the lizard people of the Hollow Earth are well-documented historical facts.

Angels sang out in immaculate chorus Down from the heavens descended Chuck Norris Who delivered a kick which could shatter bones Into the crotch of Indiana Jones Who fell over on the ground, writhing in pain As Batman changed back into Bruce Wayne But Chuck saw through his clever disguise And he crushed Batman's head in between his thighs

Such a matchup will never happen. If Chuck wanted to take on Teddy, he would have called him out by putting his own likeness on Rushmore in place of Teddy's. He would have had the whole event taped. Chuck would take the tape, travel back in time himself, and show it to Teddy, while taunting him to "Do something about it, biatch!".

Ah, But Roosevelt is the Pulp Hero President; doubtless he would think of something. Preferably when he's up against a deadline with mere seconds left.

While dealing with Lincoln and not Roosevelt, I still thought this belonged here :
