Eep ... it's coming up.
I'd like to do something special this year because for the past Valentine's Days it's been kind of a half-hearted nod at it. Problem: pretty strapped for cash. So does anyone have any ideas where I can make it really special for my (real life) boyfriend? Like, um, cooking something nice? Or something. Plz 2 help thx.  _____________________

Sounds pretty pathetic, cos I saw it on Newlyweds (Nick Lachey is HAWT!!!!), but...
You should put aside so much money each, and make something, like a giant card, or a poem or something that you can make craft wise, easily and cheaply, you can grab photos, old letters, poems, anything that means something to you both and your relationship and make a nice, personal gift  _____________________

Due to cash restrictions and work, we usually have to settle for less. Tips on how to enjoy a budget tight Valentines: 1. Cook something together. Nothing too complicated. Make a pot/stew dish. Nothing that uses exotic herbs and spices. Another alternative is baking. 2. Give each other a spa treatment at home. By scented oil and candles and give each other some really nice massages. ^_~ Nothing spells romantic than pampering and sexy than doing it while naked and slicked in yummy cherry scented oil. Add a romantic bubble bath with candles and scented oil. 3. Rent a nice DVD movie and make popcorn, make sure lights are dim. 4. Go on a picnic by the bay or eat under the stars of your back yard. (if you live in a condo, a simple dinner by the balcony does wonders, and no you don't have to cook the food yourself, take out is just as nice. Men won't complain as long as the food tastes good). _____________________

What about the guy? What's he supposed to do while the girl slaves in the kitchen for the whole day, and still have time to pamper and sexyfy herself. That's a very stressful way to do Valentines, and I should know! I did that once and ended up crying at the end of the day due to stress. Luckily, my boyfriend was sweet enough to want something we could do together. Less stress, less worry, more hot sexy fun. _____________________

Don't ruin good lingerie, and make sure you'll be cooking a stew dish, one that you can leave cooking by itself. LOL! THAT was a definite "moment" killer!
And the title leads me into this for VDay.... Butt Sex!!!  My fiance doesnt like doing the normal Valentines' Day stuff, so this year I got her a chinese/japanese "Lucky Cat" and a Sake set. Her birthday is the following day (she turns 21) so I got her a bottle of Sake. Last year I got her the "Dead Cat". It's supposed to be some kitchy thing I got at one of those home deco places. It's a cat made from rabbit fur. Looks real too! _____________________
