Is it possible to convert VCD to Audio Cd?

My apologies for this odd question but I was wondering if it were possible to extract only the sound from a VCD to create an audio cd? And what software that can be used to do this?

Try there, looks to be a decent tutorial. I can't think why it wouldn't be possible, but off the top of my head I couldn't tell you how. If that doesn't help, poke around vcdhelp.com. Something's bound to turn up.
