ok... when i type for excessive ammounts of time my fingers go really cold... i mean REALLY cold. i mean yeh, the blood leaving my fingers or whatev yeah but seriously what the hell... i just dont get it, can someone clarify.

Sounds to me like the position you type in is doing something to restrict the circulation in your hands. Take more breaks and do hand exercises. Try to keep your wrists in a neutral position, and use a gel support if needed. Perhaps talk to your doctor... You could be doing some serious long-term harm to yourself.
