Hopefully my pulse will have slowed down by the time I've finished posting this.

I remember reading an article in the 80's. It was Jeff Minter (A notorious Commodore 64 games programmer) dreaming about his ideal computer. He described exactly what was in that video.

Jeff Minter created the XBox 360's light synth and I did see some pretty fancy effects in that video. So it makes me wonder if Jeff was involved in programming that dream machine.

I'm always telling my nieces and nephews not to keep touching my freaking monitor screen. I'm tired of having to clean off their grimy fingerprints. What will I do when I buy that machine in the video!? :(

Jeff Minter sure made some great games--remember that lawnmowing simulator? :)

Jeff's games were way too crazy for for me. I did like Iridis Alpha though. It had some little aliens that would stick to your craft and suck it dry. You had to waggle your joystick like crazy to shake them off. :)

Andrew Braybrook was my hero back then. We need a Paradroid sim!

Let them have at it, see what they will create, enjoy watching what they come up with, tell them they get three minutes then hands off or you will cut off their fingers. :)
