People often misinterpret the song. It's not merely a dreamy declaration of utopia, but a statement that people who say "that can't possibly happen" are often wrong. You can always try to imagine it differently, and bring about that change.

There was a great, in depth article about him in Newsweek, for the anniversary. It brought a tear to my eye. Took me back to the day where I was just doing my normal after school routine, in 10th grade, and the news broke in on the television show I was watching. My dad raised my brother and I on the Beatles, and Lennon - we were shocked, saddened, and horrified. I know you would be saddened by how little things have changed John, RIP brother man.
