Do you use AOL? Cause they REALLY want to keep you as a customer.

I've been preaching against AOL for years, for this reason and many others.

LOL
"I think I could've put up with everything, but at the point when he asked to speak to my father, I came very close to losing it at that point," said the 30-year-old Ferrari. How to profit. 1. Overcharge your customers. 2. Don't let them cancel. 3. Insult them. 4. Profit. 5. Repeat. _____________________

AOL sucks. It's only for those who have no other alternative or dont know any better or prefer to see the internet "AOL's way"

Do you use AOL? Cause they REALLY want to keep you as a customer. I tried to cancel my account a few years ago, not having used it for about 6 months (had changed to another/REAL ISP) and the CSR rep wouldn't cancel it because I didn't know my logon code anymore. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one to get them to stop billing it. They've been taken to court over this at least a couple of hundred times so far. _____________________
