From what I understand they will try him first on, what they concider, the smaller charges of crimes against humanity (ie: destroying the wetlands etc). I think there are 17 of those and then they will bring in the big gun...Genocide, which they have ample evidence of and will pave the way to an execution if the Iraqi's decide to waste him, which I personally hope they do.

It would be much better if we sent people sentenced to die to explore new planets or mine asteroids. That way we won't worry too much if we lose a few astronauts and we'll get an upper hand on the nascent Chinese space program.

I believe him. It was the other Saddam, his evil twin Saddam Hissain. Hissain is a troublemaker, and always killing and stuff. Hissain also had two sons, but unlike Hussein's kids, these sons were evil, killing, raping rat bastards. Hussein's sons were perfect angels who died delivering meals to the elderly. Apparently, evildoers with WMDs struck, and the Hussein sons were among the victims. Its also a KNOWN FACT that all the WMDs Dubya said were in Iraq were used that day. Yep, I think the man is totally innocent.
