Ted Stevens is right. The "Internets" are a series of tubes. Just the other day, my connection slowed to sub-dsl speeds. I gave Comcast a call, and they sent out a truck. Turns out that my connection slowed because there was a ham stuck in the tube. Isn't it great that we have such knowledgable people like Ted Stevens in the Senate?

Thank you for posting this. It has solved a serious problem for me. Since the last upgrade I have been totally unable to log into SL. I have complained but nothing has helped.

Finally after hearing the audio link I went outside and checked my tubes. Some idiot had stuffed them full of Chuck Norris movies in an attempt to get them somewhere without delivery costs. Once I had got them out (not easy - that Chuck Norris was kicking and punching the whole way) Second Life just shot through the tubes from Linden Lab's internets to mine.

I am back online. Thank you. I want to be in Alaska NOW!

WTF is C3PO supposed to be USEFUL for anyway, besides whining? Stupid piece of scrap metal would be more useful recycled as a toaster.
