In a press conference today Bill Gates, founder and prime mover of the Microsoft economic empire stated that Microsoft employee "Intelligent Designer of the Universe" had overstepped his authority by "doing something without asking me first", in the words of Mr. Gates.

Microsoft recreated the missing Federal Court Judge by doing a rollback to a recent prior version of reality.

Due to a slight glitch in the restoration process, the real name of the Federal Court Judge was lost without trace,.

The missing name will be replaced with the default name "John Jones".
