For the uninitiated, a mashup is a new musical sub-genre of the traditional remix. The point is usually to take two songs, completely unrelated, and by "mashing them up", creating a new, hopefully better song. If you're interested in the genre, do a google search for Mashup, or just check out the wiki article. Anywho, I pushed this out of Fruityloops a few months ago. It's The Beatles' "Lady Madonna" crossed with Madonna's "Musique". http://www.lordfly.com/music/LadyMadonna.mp3Comments, hate mail, etc. should be pasted below. LF

LF Didn't Puff Daddy and Mase do this all through the 90s? Well, except for the "better" part. Actually, in the early 80s, this was done frequently, mostly in clubs. I'd be interested in hearing the new stuff. Thanks! O Edited to add that I read your post quickly and then reread to realize I was talkin about the traditional remix (as far the puff daddy and mase thing), which, you'd said this was a new sub-genre of. My apologies!
