ehh, Cold War era paranoia. hehe I wonder if anyone on these forums is on the list. thats what i assumed as well Billy, but the more i investigated, the more it seems they have upgraded both projects, and have initiated them as late as 2001... _____________________

thats what i assumed as well Billy, but the more i investigated, the more it seems they have upgraded both projects, and have initiated them as late as 2001... there are dozens of those plans, for a wide number of scenarios. There is one for a biological attack on the US, where the National Guard and the Army lock down on the state borders to try and contain diseases. They are just contingency plans for various scenarios, for example; the grounding the all airplanes on 9/11 was one. _____________________
