Wow, the people of Charlotte are happy today. I am so glad I wasn't working downtown this afternoon.
The first NASCAR Hall of Fame will be housed in Charlotte, NC.
This was a huge lobbying effort by Charlotte. I was a little afraid if we didn't get it. hehe

I am from NC originally..north of Charlotte, and hope to visit there when I go abck to see my family late rin the year.
