What started as a few innocent threads exploring the creation of the universe has led to wild accusations that people are blaming Christians for a whole host of scientific failings around the world, including the stifling of research into new scientific areas. This has unfortunately further spiralled into rampant victimhood with calls to begin silencing The Forums, the most religiously significant place for bored people and bad spellers.
Clearly this situation is getting worse. Exploring the creation of our universe is OK, but calls to silence the forums are unacceptable.
I would like to call for a voluntary two week existence gap to prevent this movement of conversation spreading. Let us place our existence out of reach for two weeks, to practice what it will be like when the shiny man destroys the earth and anyone who disagrees with us for the good of mankind.
This can only be a voluntary measure, but I think it would be irreverent.

Are you implying that having a heated discussion, where people may even occasionally get their feelings hurt, is a basic integral part of human existance?
