Since I'm from Florida, I will refrain from moaning about stuff like that NOT happening in my town, since it often does!

Since it is the UK a more entertaining headline would be "Teen Girl Berserk AT Court".

A drink driving 14 year old is exciting?

This country (Uk) is plagued by tearaway teenagers. Its going downhill fast.The parents don't even do anything about,to quote this teens mother "I'm proud of her" <--That there,ladies and gentlmen, is typical Uk council estate,tax dodger/sponger behaviour.

If you're interested in the decline and fall of British civilization, read Theodore Dalrymple's books Life at the Bottom and Our Culture, What's Left of It (bookstores usually file them under Sociology); he also writes a column for City Journal. It's truly disturbing stuff, if you give even the slightest damn about civilization's survival.

What's really horrifying is that there was a book, London's Underworld, by Thomas Holmes, written in 1912, which describes the horrible environment of the English poor at the end of the Victorian era. Things got a lot better for most of a century... But now apparently they're back where they started, and in many ways far worse.
