Why do Pro-Lifers have Two Kidneys?

I often hear the arguement made (as it's going on in another thread today) that the 'inconvience' of being pregnant for 9 months and giving birth should be forced upon all women for the sake of another life. After all, what's 9 months of inconvience, even if there are substantial risks in any birth, compared to saving a life.

Why then haven't all pro-lifers gone out and donated skin, kidneys, pieces of liver, blood and bone marrow. By refusing to be inconvienced themselves, they're condemning living breathing human beings to death.

After all, the full recuperation time for kidney donation is only 12 weeks, not 9 months. If the pro-lifers on this board haven't yet donated their surplus organs and tissues, why? Why have you chosen to let others die for your own convience?

nope, just shows how ridiculous you are. pro-choice does not mean pro-abortion, therefore someone that is pro-choice will not automatically run out to get an abortion. pro-choice simply means that one believes in the right for someone to CHOOSE, and that the government should not be involved in that choice.

Maybe cause they are scared of those big scary places called hospitals! Who knows, they might accidentally get an abortion! Can't have that happening!

The truth is, I might not even try to save you if you were drowning, but I would save your baby. So when I say I'm pro-life, it might not include your life.

We have a pro-choice system in place for organ donation. And because we recognize that people have the right to choose not to offer up their organs people die from it, children die from it, mothers die from it, cute widdle babies that you cared about until the head cleared die from it.

And yet I don't see you rallying to have everyone blood typed and indexed at birth so we can summon forth the needed donar to save their lives.
