Ok, I'll go first

I picked Betty. A cartoon short that can work an awesome rendition of St. James Infirmary into the storyline must be great!

Betty Boop..while attractive to the neandratholic men that came before our present incarnation, holds no sway..other than her sweet voice, over men of this age, while Mickey will forever be a symbol of childhood lost and innocence corrupted...

Yes, Ironic that today Disney is so emphatic about copyright protection when in 1928 they ripped off Buster Keaton.

Going on the quality of the B/W cartoons only, I had to go with Betty.

The depth of social commentary and the quality of the drawings was superior to the Vermin's attempts. Mickey didn't really get good until later in his B/W career and didn't come into his own until the emergence of color, by which time, for Betty, the bloom was off the rose. :(

I do appreciate how they mock Betty with the character "Toot" in "Drawn Togther". But I'm 25 so if it happened before "He-Man", I knoowwww nooootttthhhhhingggg.

Therefore, I am furious that I had no "pie" option, I would have accepted pie in black and white.

Pie is no longer optional. Person's failing to choose pie in conjunction with any of the above poll options are subject to sanctions as outlined in the Internatinal Pie Treaty.

Regulations against pies? I didn't know you were a neocon.

Read again Chance...
The regulations demand that pie is no longer an option... you MUST have pie along with any option you select.

This was just what I was thinking. Buster Keaton v. Charlie Chaplin. :D
