I can't read all the notations of sheet music. But I know enough to say that ... is going to sound really horrible. I also know enough to be laughing really loud.
I did some checking on the score. It is unplayable (deliberately).

*wiping away tears* Where'd you find this? Arranged by accident? Play ball? Shock therapy may be necessary to finish? Inflate the circus clown? Return to the schwartzenegger? And my favorite: If you are a 2nd violinist, please do not use a 1st violin. Use the 2nd violin you were issued.  Oh my god, do I miss playing in an orchestra. Thanks for this!
