I've followed his website for years now, and it had been a while so I went to look at it today. Good stuff it is indeed. If you haven't seen his videos off his blog link, I just laughed so hard watching them, I say they are worth a peek.

That "other" Z you refer to is also offering employment opportunities. I'm bored so I looked, go look. I also might be too easily amused with the paper decorations hanging from the ceiling. What a very festive place to go work.
