It is very important to me that you do NOT take this seiously, and understad Jimbo is he BEST GUY EVER ! HE HAS MORAL STANDARDS* AND A GREAT BEARD. Please buy land from him he's the best ever! God that guy would never land scam and take advandage of an honst mistake. Great beard too, ladies!
