I see they do not
understand your effort
at being snobby

Go to coffee shop
find the sad emo kid by self
he will understand

Haiku is a limited medium of poetic expression requiring strict adherence to a set form. Haikus are beautiful, but like a sutra, ultimately meaningless. Adhereence to form for form's sake should not be undertaken.

Don't tell people that, you will cause them question other things their middle school teachers forced on them.

Haikus can be interesting if you stick to the older form of actually trying to reveal a unique insight with seasonal ties.

Wait... why are you even waging a war on haikus?

Why am I defending them?
