I've seen this happen before - prejudice.
 She probably killed it herself when she discovered she did not have a pure breed!  It's a sad thing.  _____________________

A colleague of mine was telling me about this over lunch. I confess, the part I got stuck on was trying to imagine how big a 4-week old chihuahua puppy could possibly be.
