If you haven't seen the documentary Journeys with George, I whighly recommend it.

Nancy Pelosi's daughter Alexandra Pelosi created a documentary while following Bush on the campaign trail leading up to the 2000 election.

Ultimately it is less about Bush himself and much more of a look at how the press infiltrates every move that a candidate makes. Bush is surprisingly human and entertaining.
