Slow, staggered movement and typing

My char was fine from Oct last year. now suddenly, everything is slow and staggered, chat, movement, you name it. I cleared the cache and it's the same thing. It's almost like it was before I upgraded my system memory. 8-o

At someone's recommendation in-game, I created an alt to test with. The alt is doing fine, in the same regions as this one. Like brand new! Is there another cache or something I'm missing that I can clean up? Or settings I can revert to defaults to fix this? I really don't want to give up on this avi.

One word 'Inventory'.... the more you have, the more the servers you are on, have to have your inventory piped between the asset server and sim servers, same with that you are wearing, prims, flexi, huds, ao's etc...
