I am trying to get the client working for my brother for his account. It seems that whenever he logs on, it crashes in 10 seconds. For the few seconds he has playing, he has no problems with lag what so ever with settings turned down. It seems that his computer can handle it. But the client always crashes at the 10 second mark, it is a consistent error. Can someone help me narrow down what the problem is here.
Here are his computer specs: X300/X550, P4 3.0GHz, 512MB of Ram, and running Vista.

Vista & Ati doesnt work to well, ati's opengl is horrible, only way to get it running ok is on winxp if you have ati.
512 ram dont help, it will resort to swap and that will stress the pc so crashing will be more likly on SL, recommended min is 2gig for SL. |

Hi, I have the same graphic card X300 Se and SL did not even load. I went to the ATI website and downloaded the new driver package and now SL works well and there are no problems
