Issues with Movement. (Major lag or computer issues?)

I've been experiencing a problem since even before I downloaded the beta grid, and before these recent updates were being added. It's been going on for about three days now.
After logging in, you should be able to move around, and the like, but I cannot do so. I can move the camera in all directions; that's working fine. But I can't actually move or stop flying. I can move a few inches forward after a few minutes, but that stops very shortly after.
I've cleared my cache, even did a bit of a clean up on my copmuter to free up more memory space, but this hasn't helped any.

I appologize if something covering this was in the FAQs. I couldn't find it.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this problem of mine. Thank you!

try tping somewhere else if it will let you, or just log in in a differant place....

That isn't the problem.
(I should have included that in the initial post.) My location doesn't matter.
