This seems to happen quite often on my estate. I see sand where I should see grass. Sometimes, it corrects itself after a while. Sometimes, I have to relog.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
occurs seemingly randomly, at any time
Observed results:
estate terrain shows only lowest base texture.
Expected results:
estate terrain should show correct layer of terrain texture, based on height of terrain.
