Friends object edit

for some reason me and my friend can`t edit eachothers prims anymore
reanabled it and relog - nada
no land restrictions (god knows why) - nada
region restart - nada aswell

it seems that what ever they fixed with the scripts affected every thing, anyone else ran into this issue?
gonna be a pain to get stuff done as we build and adjust eachother`s stuff grr

it seems we can edit eachother`s objects but here`s the catch

after making a copy, ownership changes BUT it turns into no mod/copy and u can`t touch it again

this was NOT like befor or some default settings got alterd, editing each prim to allow copy/mod is insane

is there anywhere a new/old setting where u can set the default permissions on newly rezzed prims without altering each one?
