Setting My Home Location

I got some land i while back,( Solbitgil 191,40,43) and set my home location to it, now sombody has got the land next to mine,( i did think it was my land). and when i teleport to my home i end up in his house, or in his frount garden, i have reset my home location but it still keeps on hapening, i have tried to set a land mark from my house, and i still end up in his house.
Help needed please

Wondering if this might be a system wide problem. I have been logging in to some different places the last day or so also despite having reset my home location.
