dunno if this is right forum, but since 1.10 is supposed to be now official...

ATI Radeon 9550, fairly recent Omega drivers (fully openGL 2.0 compliant, if glview is to be believed)

* 1.9 version of SL client: no issues, both avatar vertex programs and shaders for water, bumps etc available to select, and working fine when selected.
* 1.10.0 version of SL client: ripple water, avatar vertex programs, bump mapped avatar rendering and cloth rendering disabled.

... what gives? o.O;

Make sure your Omegas are 100% up to date. The new 1.10 uses GLSL shaders instead of the old cG shader API.

Aye, thing is though, the driver i have does support glSL just fine, so this shouldn't be even an issue... i'll see about updating the driver but since newer ones break the multiple displays functionality for me, that's quite a bother :<

edit: updated to Omega version of 6.2 driver (6.3 routinely crashes the whole system for me) and that seemed to help. Rather miffed about either quality of SL shaders, or the older driver... but oh well. At least SL is back to normal, with the hardware lighting and stuff on top :P
