We have a small club and casino, just got started. In it, we have a raffle ball. Yesterday, during an event, one of the winners said that she did not actually get the money. The funds came out of our group money, but apparently didn't make it to the winner's account. Of course, I paid her from my account, but is there a way to check on that? TIA!

Bringing this back to the top, as the reverse happened to me yesterday: I won a costume contest, the money came out of the club owner, but is not in my account.
Anyone with similar issues? Any ideas on what to do about it?

the raffle ball will - most likely - pay money from whoever OWNS it to whoever wins.
If you have the raffle ball deeded to the group then it will pay from the group, i believe. Just like any other group liability.
