prim count fluctuations?

hey all, i havent gotten any reponse to this in hotline so maybe someone here has an answer....

I think I am experiencing strangely fluctuating prim counts on my land. If you see the attached pic, it contains two screenshots of landstats taken minutes apart, showing what I think are conflicting prim counts and mismatched owner object counts vs. land prims.

I own four extra plots in Shamrock to bolster my prim allotment. The most recent was actually purchased today because I thought I was only 5 prims away from my limit of app. 1795 prims (which is still what it says in the onwer prim count). But now it says Im only using between app-1300 prims. Im not sure exatly what my count is and it makes me nervous!

Is there some prim accounting program that runs every night, that could account for these fluctuations because I just bought more land today? Should I even be worried about this? How do I know for sure exactly how many prims I can use in Shamrock? Did the update change the way prims are counted?
