Hrm, this isn't really enough information to be of much help. You may wish to try reinstalling the client.

This is somewhat of a generic error message, Marco...

If reinstalling the client doesn't help, the more details you can provide - maybe even step by step of what you're doing, and what you're seeing may be helpful in figuring out what's going on.

Also, if you're in the states, calling support at the 800 number might not be a bad call either.
