Crashing every 10-20mins

I am not sure if this is covered already on this forum (if it is plz link me to it and i would be grateful.)
I am able to be logged into sl for about 10-20mins before it will start to crash. I can have her sitting on a beach and it will crash. I am starting to get annoyed with this but enjoy playing SL. If anyone has any suggestions im all ears.

What OS and videocard you are using? Also do tell what bit-version of OS you are using (32 or 64).
