Hi all,

I work from home and would like to upgrade my PC's video card and get one that supports dual monitors which will help my work productivity. But I have to consider my SL needs too. :) Has anybody tried to run SL with a dual monitor setup and if so, was it successful? Any issues I should be aware of? Would appreciate specific card recommendations too.

I don't really expect SL to spread across both monitors, I'd be happy to have it running in one. Just want to be sure it will work.

I run SL on a dual monitor setup. Have never had any issues. SL uses one monitor, and the other is free to display a webpage or whatever. There's really nothing special you have to do, other than run SL in a window instead of fullscreen, so that tabbing between the windows is painless. I'm not in the business of recommending cards, but my ATI X850 Platinum works great with SL in Dual monitor mode. :)

Yes it works fine; the only thing you have to ensure is that you run SL on the primary monitor. I don't know if this is still an issue, but I used to have problems when running it on the secondary.
