I'm trying to create another account. I can read the "please enter this code" code just fine, but it won't accept the code I enter. Not with a space between the words, not with a dash, not run together. I've tried generating a new code a dozen times and it won't take any of them.

I guess it is nothing to do with the code section. Did you agree to the terms of Service? Some missing answers are told as the code....
