lol.Since about 2:00 p.m. SL time yesterday..I cannot log in. I was playing along nicely, crashed and could not log back in.
As I TRY to log I come to-- receiving regional handshake -- then I receive this message"Unable to connect. Login packet never received by login server."
soooo. I tried these things before contacting support.
1. uninstalled/reinstalled
2. disconnected/reconnected my modem
3. went to login and moved my preferences to 'log in to home' instead of last place.
4. tried to log in my very neglected ALT AV.hehe
then, I sent email to support. Got reply about my firewall, but I have no firewall. A very nice Linden found my original post in the WRONG place (oopsie) and sd try loggin in elsewhere, but I have tried that! sigh sigh....I need to get back in and check on my lil buisinesses not to mention my slight SL addiction. Anyone have a suggestion? Does it always amaze anyone else how you play along just fine then wham....out ya go with no apparent reason or rhyme?
)After the return E-mail I turned off my online security protection, tried to log in but NOOOO. No luck
.Anyone? Any ideas? and yes I already tried crossing all my digits, kissing my **** and all those things....hehe.
