This Is Really Bad

Hello, i was directed here when someone from the other post said that there was nothing going on and stuff so here it is:
I cannot log on, i cannot log onto the prievew, not the main grid, only the website. Man there has been so much time wasted, 5 hours lol. I know i am not banned or on hold or anything, and i had a successful log in 6 hours before this post. I cannot log on as any of my alters, i made a new charecter and cannot log on as him either. Not on the prieview or on the main grid at all. Any suggestions?

can you be more specific about what happens? I.E. what stage and what exact message you are getting there are lots of things that could cause it firewalls dns server setttings etc... etc.. etc...
