Ok I have a radeon 9600 xt 258mb agp ... ive downloaded the lastest drivers... but yet SL will not run why??

I use that card on one of my machines, and it is fine.

What issues are you having, does not run at all, locks up?

how did you get it to work? i recently changed my AGP graphics card over to a 9600pro 256, and i now get SL pausing every now and again. it will freeze my PC, except the mouse, for 10-30 seconds, then will continue to work normally, till the next time which can be anything from 1 to 10 mins away. this is really annoying me, i know ATI support for SL is limited and i would love to get SL running again, ive tried official and omega drivers, tried chnging my bios setting from AGP 8x to 4X, fast writes off, etc. im running no advanced options at all (shadows etc)

if anyone can help i'd be REALLY happy, and im sure i could find a little SL based reward

if specs are needed i can post them.

heres hoping.
