Yes, everyone understands, it's the dreaded mess that Linden Lab implemented when they added voice, and still haven't repaired. Right now the only viable option to have a usable interface is to use a 3rd party client which has fixed this issue. I recommend the Nicholaz Viewer, available here:
http://nicholaz-beresford.blogspot.com/ It also features many other tweaks and enhancements. And Nicholaz was winner of the title "Contributor of the Year" by Linden Lab for his many contributions to the open source viewer. So he knows his stuff. ![]() http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/08/25/innovation-award-winners-announced/ _____________________

Well, but some dont have this problem, and they are using the same Version like me. My Friend can narrow the Cat box without any Problems.
Edit: When i use Tear off i can narrow the Box, but when i make it together with the friendslist again, it has the same Size as earlier before Tear off |

I'm not sure how you know what your friends are doing, unless you are in the same room with them. Some find the fat box fine. But the behavior you describe is exactly what I would expect. If they are indeed able to thin it down beyond what LL allows by default, they have to be using an alternate version of the official viewer. There's just no other way.
