Hello I have a friend who is having constant trouble with Voice not working and group not showing up ...she has cleaned cache and even reset router...any suggestions..anyone else suffering from this.

I would suggest posting the user's system specs, internet connection type and speed, version of the SL client, and precisely when this trouble began or whether it has always been present.

Did she turn voice off in preferences and then turn it back on. Somtimes that helps with voice, dont know about the group stuff.

I'm having the same problem, voice stopped working around the first week in December. I've reloaded sound drivers, done system restore to a date previous to the problem, uninstalled and re-installed SL, nothing works. I've contacted PC World PC Performance here in UK and they say it must be SL problem. Stand clear of my window because the laptop could come through it at any time.
