I cannot see my character

When I log in, I can see all characters except my own. Why this might be? Is there any way I can see my own character? I really want to play this game :(

Edit: Sorry I forgot to mention some info, my computer specifications are extremely good, can run any top game out today so I don't need to post detailed specs. I am on a 2mbit ADSL connection hosted in England.

this is very very old bug, try to relog :)
