I get a weird message which states:

Unable to connect to server.
Could not resolve domain name: userserver.agni.lindenlab.com
Please check your network connection.

Nothing has changed on my computer except this new version of SL.

So what do I do now?

I downloaded the new version today. The screen is black and keeps saying not responding. i can't end the program either. I have to shut down my machine. I uninstalled SL from my computer and reinstalled it, only to have the same thing happen. It's a brand new computer, don't know what the issue is. Any insite?????

Thanks a bunch!!! Bree Witherspoon

i'll bet cause the .exe changed some virusprog/firewall/trojan prog kicked in and silently blocked it.

Check whatever youre using and remove Secondlife from it, then let it detect it again and ask you "do you want to accept incomming/out connections from this program?"

I get a popup asking me if i want to allow SL to run I always hit accept. I can't get the log on screen to come up. It sits in non responding and i have to reboot my machine. This is a new computer, so I don't know what the issue is. I didn't have any issues until i did the upgrate to 1.13.0 (10)

Thank you Thili, that was the problem. I have to let NORTON recognize SL again.

Take care.
